Eric Isenbergh: Board President
As a founding member of Focus Academy, Isenbergh has been integral to the organization since its inception. With over 45 years of extensive experience in the residential building and development industry, he has played a key role in more than 40 projects across South, West, and Central Florida, marketing and constructing over 3,700 homes.
After relocating to the Tampa Bay region, Isenbergh made an impressive impact by developing and building over 1,700 townhomes and condominiums within just five years, generating over $230 million in revenue. His company achieved remarkable recognition, ranking #14 and #11 in the Builder Top 25 as reported by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
Currently, he is focused on developing 55+ active adult communities in the Tampa Bay area. Isenbergh is a Florida State Certified General Contractor and serves as the current President of Florida Home Partnership, the largest nonprofit self-help housing builder in the southeastern United States. He has also held significant leadership roles, including Past Vice Chairman of the Hillsborough County Affordable Housing Advisory Board, where he served four terms, and Past President and Life Director of the Tampa Bay Builders Association. His influence extends to the Builders Association of South Florida, the Florida Homebuilders Association, and the National Association of Homebuilders.
Isenbergh and his companies have garnered numerous accolades, including the 1994 Builder of the Year award from the Builders Association of South Florida, the 2004 Builder of the Year award from the Tampa Bay Builders Association, and multiple Eagle Awards from both the Florida Homebuilders Association and the Tampa Bay Builders Association. His work has also been recognized with several Florida Achievement in Marketing Excellence awards, Parade of Homes awards, Best of South awards, and Florida’s prestigious Aurora Award.
