The Transition Program emphasizes the employability skills needed for participants through age 22 to achieve a full and satisfying life.
Focus Forward
Focus Forward is an Adult Day Training Life Skills Development 3 provider. The program is geared towards young adults with disabilities and the current cohort is accepting clients between ages 22 through 30.
High School
(Grades 9-12)
Focus Academy provides students with a comprehensive academic and social experience. The curriculum at Focus Academy is structured with the primary goals of academic achievement and social success.
Focus Café
Focus Café is a fully functioning non-profit business offering beverages and snacks to patrons and the public. It is staffed by Focus Academy Transition Program students.
