Radka works at Learning Gate Community School in Lutz, Florida as the ESE Supervisor. He has worked in exceptional student education for over five years, with extensive experience teaching students on the Autism Spectrum. Before moving to Florida in 2016, he lived in Chicago, and worked as a paramedic. He received his ventilator certification, and has experience working with UCAN, the University of Chicago Aeromedical Network, serving critical neonates, complex cardio-vascular patients, and high-risk trauma accidents. He currently resides near Tampa with his wife and 2-year-old son, with a daughter on the way! As a member of the Project Focus Foundation Board, he volunteers his time on the steering committee, helping to shape the future of the Focus Family of services. As an Eagle Scout, he enjoys his time outdoors, camping, hiking, while conservation and sustainability have a big place in his heart.
