Project Focus is proud to announce the promotion of Miranda Patmagrian to Director of Adult Services, where she will oversee the continued growth and expansion of both the Focus Forward Adult Day Training Program and the Focus Workforce Readiness Training Program in partnership with the State of Florida’s Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) services.
Miranda previously served as Supervisor of the Focus Forward Adult Day Training Program, where her leadership strengthened daily programming, increased participant engagement, and deepened community partnerships that create meaningful opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities. In her new role, she will lead strategic coordination between adult day services and workforce training initiatives, helping even more individuals gain skills, independence, and pathways to employment.
“Miranda has a unique ability to connect vision with compassionate execution,” said Josephine Isenbergh, Co-Founder of the Focus programs. “Her leadership has elevated the experience of the individuals we serve every day, and we are excited to see her guide the continued growth of our adult services as more families look to Project Focus for support and opportunity.”
“I am honored to step into this role and continue building programs that empower adults with developmental disabilities to live more independent, meaningful lives,” said Miranda Patmagrian. “The work happening on the Focus campus is truly life-changing for participants and families, and I’m excited to help expand these opportunities through both our adult day services and workforce training initiatives.”
